Future Men Foundation
The Future Men Foundation hereafter referred to as FMF is a foundation located along Ngong road in Nairobi area, Kenya. FMF is committed to raising awareness about the issues affecting the well-being and success of adolescent boys and young men of 25+ years, in our nation and around the world. We are also committed to mentoring, coaching, transforming, and empowering young men, so that they can play a role in contributing to social welfare and community development.
What we do
FMF works towards addressing the needs of vulnerable adolescent boys and young men who are raised by single parents, needy parents, orphans, and those who have suffered neglect and abuse by providing life skills that promote self-reliance through various empowerment activities like counselling, community sensitization, mentorship, hygiene and rehabilitation programs, dance, sports, and facilitating access to education to promote retention. FMF encourages boys and men to explore, celebrate and build on characteristics that contribute to positive masculinity including: Resilience, Inclusiveness, Reflectiveness, Empathy, Resourcefulness, Curiosity and Non-violence.
Making a Difference
Raising awareness about the importance of the welfare of every man and to enlighten the community on the need to provide equal opportunities to all children, irrespective of their gender.

Our Main Objective
Partner With Us
Future Men Foundation is a charity that supports boys and young men along the path to becoming dynamic future men, whilst engaging in the wider conversation about what it means to be a man. Through our evidence-based and practice-led services, we support boys and young men across schools, communities and youth centres.
We partner with a range of organisations to support boys and young men along the path to becoming dynamic future men. Without their support, our work wouldn’t be possible. We believe in the power of collaboration and we are always looking for partners who share our vision to build a better future for boys, men and everyone. If that’s you, please get in touch.
Commission Us
Our specialist work across schools, communities and youth centres allows us to support a range of services including education, the criminal justice system, families and youth provision. Our work reaches boys and men experiencing and at risk of social exclusion. We can work with you to reach groups that mainstream services find difficult to engage. We have an experienced team, evidence-and practice-based programmes plus the tools to address issues relating to boys’ development, masculinity and parenting.
